Use of the Service

Ibride is intended for professional bridal salon workflows, including managing dresses, brides, uploaded photos, and AI-generated fitting results. You may use the service only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at support@ibride.online.

User Content

You retain responsibility for content you upload, including bride photos, dress photos, names, phone numbers, and fitting-related information. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and process this content through Ibride.

AI-Generated Results

Ibride uses AI services to generate virtual fitting images. AI results may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Generated images should be treated as visual previews, not as guarantees of fit, appearance, measurements, tailoring, or final product outcome.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or explicit content.
Do not attempt to bypass security, quotas, or access controls.
Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Plans, Credits, and Availability

Access to try-on generation may be subject to usage limits, credits, or salon-specific arrangements. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, provider limitations, or business reasons.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, storage, authentication, and AI generation providers. Their availability and processing may affect Ibride features.

Intellectual Property

Ibride and its software, design, branding, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Ibride. You keep ownership of your uploaded content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

Ibride is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ibride will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, or uses the service unlawfully. You may stop using Ibride at any time and may request account or data deletion by contacting support.
